About me...

(I'm feeling calm)

a couple years ago, a counselor I had diagnosed me with something called aspergers syndrome. it is a mild disorder that particularly affects social skills. the more I reseach it, the more I know the counselor was right. it's not something I'm upset about, and in fact, it helps explain alot of things about myself that are unique and different about me. I have copied and pasted a list of symptoms; most of them will only be familiar (in reference to me) to those who have met me in person, and those who know me well, like my family. one symptom that isn't listed in this particular list is the tendency of people like me to have long conversations about one of our specific interests.

* I find social situations confusing.
* I find it hard to make small talk.
* I did not enjoy imaginative story-writing at school.

I find it hard to work out what other people are thinking and feeling.
