Smoke is swirling from cigarettes hanging from well manicured fingertips

Smoke is curling as they make bets

Tossing others tips

Smoke is upward wafting

Some do fret trying not to rip

Smokes not lasting

As some have met

Coming from their lip, causing them to trip

Ideas are crafting with a defined mindset

"I defend no man but myself"  He quips

Deeds are everlasting

Defined messages sent

Redefined with every sip

Seen with the sway of a hip

Eyes being met

They thought that they had been fasting

Feelings long since been set

Having already felt the quick nip

Pain is not fleeting

You feel the rent of an anger long spent

Music saturates the soul like it's misting

Expressions go un-meant

Feeling like an unending lent

Eyes are casting

Conveying questions that were unsent

emotions are being rent through like a whip

Smoke is swirling as my hair is uncurling

My thoughts are spinning as I try to organize them

So that I keep winning

One of the reasons for living

Smoke is wafting and time is passing

Reminding us that nothing is lasting

Our life we should not be wasting

Everything we should be tasting

Smoke has created a haze as we sit here and laze

Going through our minds maze, which can leave you in a daze

Reminding us of our ways

Smoke will disipate as our lives

What do we rate?

Is it all fate?  Was it done with little hate?  Will your talking ever abate?

Smoke blowing through the nose of a dragon

Time continues to pass on.
