Americans
(I'm feeling
pissed off
)
We as Americans need to take back America from the politicians. They are trying to take our money and give it to the banks & car makers to get richer, while we work harder to pay for those CEO's to get richer. Most of those CEO's get over 5 million dollars if they get fired. What do you get if you get fired? That's right nothing, not a dam thing. So maybe it's time to elect politicians that pay attention to what we have to say. Maybe sometime in the future I should run for office. I believe that the elected officials need to work for us thats why we voted for them. But most of the time they end up working to get more money for themselves from outside sources & only worry about us when it's re-election time. So just keep that in mind everytime you here something from the politicians.

I am working and living here in Michigan. I agree about the CEO thing, but the rest of the nation has no idea how my whole state would be even more devastated if the autos close. Most businesses here, including the insurance company I work for, rely on them as customers. Most factories in my state are open solely to supply the auto companies parts for the cars. I believe my state already has the one of the nations highest unemployment rates from the autos laying off so many, and the trickle down effect. No jobs, lost there houses, loss of healthcare, what next? Why do you think it has the nick name the motor city? Part of the problem is that people allowed my state to revolve around and rely so much on the auto business here. It is a no win situation. I think better management and better financial decisions are a must, but don't punish a whole state for their poor past decisions.
