Hey I have another vlog with a news clip in it about one of my kids friends being killed by a hit and run driver...will that one be next ? or how about the vlogs I do with the TV on behind me...Oh NO !

Ask LV, whose copyright is being violated in your video.

Is it the TV station which was on at the time- which station is it?
3,6,10 or 29?

Or is it the Phillies? Would that mean all photos and video taken at the games or the parade, also violates their copyrights?

Or is it the City of Philadelphia? The Phillies and the entire region was invited to the parade and celebrations. These events were free, opened to the public, and they happened on the street of Philly. Who DIDN'T take pictures and video?!

Most important, who reported or complained to LV, that you violated their copyrights? Or did LV take it upon themselves to make this decision?

I'll bet if you asked the Phillies, the TV stations and the City of Philadelphia- they would be thrilled that you used that video...maybe ask you to add a credit.

Try it- make a big deal- see what happens! It may not be their call!

I am not trying to be a bummer, or a hater. But when this Moar thing becomes a Dot Com, it is going to have to abide by the same rules as LV and YouTube, and every other video sharing site. It amazes me how many people think that Moar is going to be this Site of all Sites that will never have upload problems, or copyright rules, or bad admin. It just is not realistic. I still like your vids, but I had to say that.
