how does everybody feel about the current credit reporting system.  basically people are getting there credit ruined by the banks and credit grantors they bailout the banks.   A bad derogitory on your credit report stays on your credit report for 7 years and a bankruptcy 10 years.  Does it seem your being punished twice and for 7-10 years.
