(I'm feeling determined)

I just heard on the news today that a neighborhood in Florida saw about 25 catfish walking around. About a month ago on tv show I saw pictures of a fish that can walk around for a couple of hours that looks very much like a catfish but was genetically altered. The bad thing was it was eating everything and growing very large, large enough to eat an aligator. Now I wonder if these two stories could be linked.

wow I didnt know this and the funny thing is the news reported it like it was a totally strange event and so I concluded it was. What country is this, may I ask?
