Encoding Problems

(I'm feeling annoyed)

I'm Glad to See that I'm not the only one having encoding problems. I mean when after 19-hours or even in one case it said 1 day encoding, give me a break; A 30 second clip shouldn't take over 24-hours to encode. I'm not sure what the tech problem is, but it seriously needs fixing. I usually just delete and eventually give up...I have also noticed that We shouldn't even try putting up videos on the weekend. They don't get approved until sunday night or monday morning anyway, why add to our ever growing frustration. FIX IT!
