GONE AGAIN

(I'm feeling mellow)

HEY LOVED ONES. just writing to say i haven't forgotten you. after the show with cherish the blogger i just couldn't deal anymore with the lame ass technical deficiencies of livevideo. just had to take a break. no sound. frozen video, etecetera. it was suggested to me that maybe 7pm is just too much of a high traffic time and that i should go on later, but i just don't think i can do it. not saying i won't ever jump on, but i can't continue to try and do a "show" at a specific time, just ain't happenin. i wanna thank you all who have been so supportive though and i hope you will stay in touch! i will let everyone know when and where land, if i end up landing... meantime, i've been good though. band rehearsals continue to shred. seriously you guys are going to f*cking LOVE fantasizer! it is kind of eerie how awesome we sound for only getting together a handful of times. serious chemistry going on. we hope to get in the studio soon and start recording. but mostly we are having so much fun jamming right now. other than that, i have been taking voiceover classes and plan to have my demo done by january. i am loving the voiceover thing, and see it as a wonderful career for me. i can have fun, do what i love to do (be heard!!) and have time left for music, pets, family and YOU. it's all coming together. just always takes a hell of a lot longer than i ever expect. and how about the backdrop of political insanity and financial insecurity that just colors everything all the more?? what a bizarre time we're living in. thankfully there are options. there is independence, there is clarity and a growing mass of free thinkers that refuse to be sucked down with the sinking ship. we're alive muthafuckas!!!!!!!! on sunday i stood at the edge of the west coast in the pacific ocean up to my waist in the sea with hundreds of people watching the sunset, listening to the heartbeat of the drum and the collective consciousness was alive and pulsating. there is a new breed, remembering where we came from and looking onward to where we are going. and so it's time for a course change, if it hasn't happened already...it's time to correct! onward, redirected, boldly...seeing all that we have, all we stand to gain, and all we stand to lose if we hang on and don't let go of what we don't need anymore! the flood is coming, what do you let go of? and what do you hold onto for dear life...i for one have been doing a ton of releasing. old habits and old compulsions and old ways of thinking about myself and my life, what i expect, what i expected, what is important to me, it's changing. simplifying but getting so much deeper all the same.
