I have been away

(I'm feeling happy)

I have had some health issues that have been a concern but I'm getting better. I have also been on a diet for 3 weeks now it is going very well I have been very focused and determined and it has paid off. At my Dr. apt today I have lost 15 pounds. So my celebration was to buy the new Sims 2 game that came out today. I joined another online site that deals directly with support in weight loss. You can keep a food journal online and it keeps track of the calories for you pretty cool site but not as cool as this one.
