Ibiza Property Market

(I'm feeling productive)

Hello and welcome to my living-in-ibiza Blog!

Ibiza is a tiny island only 14 kilometres wide and 42 kilometres long but it has an enormous reputation, I feel privileged every day to live and work here.

Having worked in the Ibiza property market for the last 5 years I have seen my fair share of beautiful people and beautiful properties set in amazing locations, I have met some wonderful people / clients from all corners of the Globe, many of them have become my friends.

One thing I can definitely say is Ibiza is truly unique, It has 72 beaches, historic Roman, Phoenician and Carthaginian remains, an abundance of great music, artists' communities and plenty of prestigious restaurants but what makes it truly magical are the people you will meet, the Class system is non-existent, it's a model that I beleive should be adopted everywhere.
One minute you can be talking with the local bar owner and the next you can bump into an internationally recognised Supermodel, the crazy thing is "No one cares" every one interacts and lives alongside each other.

Ibiza's reputation as an island for the rich and famous is justified but that's because they are made to feel welcome, its different, the pressure of celebrity life is left behind when they visit the Island, its just not as intense as other places in Europe.

The island's property investment market is in my opinion is still thriving, people are still buying and people are still selling, markets around the world might be in chaos but in my little magical world called Ibiza everything seems just fine, call me, make an appointment to visit and I will show you what I mean!!!!

I live in Germany but have owned a home in Ibiza for many years, there is no better place to go and relax, good luck with your business, I have some friends I will send your way.
