Internet stimulus plan

(I'm feeling chipper)

First thing we need to do is establish a "Right to Information" bill. The "RI" bill will make it illeagal to deny ANYONE basic cable and high speed internet connection in the U.S.A.
It will also make it illeagal to charge anyone more than $5.00 per month for basic cable and high speed internet with any package or contract with premium services, also free install and hook up.
So you can kiss those insane cable and satelite service bills goodbye.
