Life's Changes

(I'm feeling pensive)

As fall approaches and the trees begin their transformation. I can't help but think of this quote.

"The heart dies a slow death, shedding each hope like leaves... Until one day there are none. No hopes. Nothing remains." Written by Arthur Golden and Robin Swicord.

Life consists of constant changes. Including people who pass through our lives. Their connections to us and our lives are as fragile as those of leaves to a tree. It makes all those memories bittersweet; but it helps to remind us to enjoy those while they are with us, as they may not be later.
