Moment of Peace

Afternoon Sun lies on the ground. Pease and quiet is all around.
No birds to be stirred. No sound to be heard.
There's a moment of peace brought on to me. As the Sun now sinks into the sea.
I look at the stars and connect the dots. Pretty thankful for what I got.
I feel the wind it has started blowing. And now the full Moon is finally glowing.
A soft mist floats over the hills. But not the kind that gives you chills.
Blanket of dew covers the grass. And you hope this moment will never pass.
You hear a light rusle of the leaves. As the wind blows through the trees.
You feel no sorrow. Don't even care about tomorrow.
