my diet so far this year
(I'm feeling disappointed)


Hi everyone this is the first blog i have ever done. Infact i only did a diary once when i was 13 but it only lasted about a month or so before i lost intrest so i am new to this kind of thing. Before i start i would like to point out that my spelling and gramer is not that good but will try and read through it when i have finished. 

Many people that know me on here will of known that i am on a diet that i started a year ago and in that lengh of time i have lost 35 lbs by joining a slimming class. Even though it started well and people i know can see the changes in my look ever since Christmas it seem to be getting hard to get back  into it. So far this year i have lost 5 lbs that i would expect most of you would think is good but not when i had put 9lbs over the Christmas period and alway seems this time of year when it cold weather i tend to do less thing active and eat more food to stop me getting bored. I am a member of gym but do not tend to use it to my full advantage as by the time i have finished work that i do from 7am till 5pm Monday to thursday i go home watch a bit of tv while on my laptop have my dinner i just dont feel like having to go back out in the dark and cold nights on my scooter to go to the gym and keep leaving it till later then before i know it it's to late to go.

And other things that seem to make it hard are that i have seemed to be having a few weekend where i have been out for the day like last weekend i went to Sheffield with a mate to watch Ice Hockey and we got down there quite early so we went on a pub crawl and even though i could of avoided beer i did not fancy drinking loads of diet coke and its also quite hard to find places to get food that is not junk or fatty when you want it quick! so again i feel like i will be staying the same weight again this week if lucky. to get to my goal i need to lose about another 26 lbs

So I am planning of keeping a blog on my weekly going on to try and keep a record on it for myself and for other people that might find it of intrest
