Police find body of missing boy in Mexican border

Police in the border city of Tijuana have found the body of an 8-year-old boy who went missing over the weekend. Baja California state prosecutors say in a statement the body of David Lizarraga Gomez was found inside a suitcase dumped in an empty lot. He had been strangled.  TO STORY
