Pond Report...
(I'm feeling blah)
Well, just finished the pond transfer. It went pretty well, could have been a bit worse, could have been a bit better. I should have got a liner a lot bigger then I needed instead of the exact size I needed. That would have made life a bit easier but its all good, as of right now its holding water and seems to be fine.
This didn't come without a price though, a year ago when I bought this house and built this pond I built it for fish I already had, and during winter I lost them all except one, a catfish with an attitude named Whiskers.
Well, sadly he didn't make it. I am not sure why, every other fish (and my turtle Gilligan) made it but Whiskers didn't. I am pretty bummed about it, I mean, I understand it happens but to keep him for a year it sucks to lose him during a transfer.
Anyway, its all good. I wish it didn't happen but what's done is done. I hope the others will do great.
