So who's calling from Washington DC 202 000 0000?

I got a call today from an odd number. I'm used to getting bombarded by people soliciting etc all the time, and this was a new one.
Washington DC : 202 000 0000

No one left a message, but I figured I would google search the number and here's some of the returns I got:
800notes.com...
creditboards.com...
theshapeofdays.com...

I thought this to be interesting since they only inform us of what they are doing already anyway but alot of people are getting this number and wierd if you look at these sites they are being told diferent things and get diferent responses when they return the call??
