Who do I point the finger of shame and blame at? Underage girls for wanting to be noticed? Or adult male predators who want to obtain sexual gratification from viewing/interacting with these kids?
Maybe I'll point it at LV ADMINISTRATION for being asleep at the wheel and not patrolling their own website for TERMS OF SERVICE VIOLATIONS!!!
