Trouble getting online

(I'm feeling aggravated)

Hello Live Video, it's been sometime since I have been able to log in. I canceled AOL because they could not provide me with the necessary support to be able to log in to the service. After a long run around lasting about 4 days, I decided to cancel AOL on June 23.

I then contacted Verizon to provide me with DSL service and was told about a week to get online. That was June 23, here we are July 18 and Verizon still does not have me hooked up. he first due ready date was July 10, then was July 17 and now they tell me July 21.

Why do you suppose such a large conglomerate would have this kind of difficulty in putting a signal through the modem and installation software they sent a few days after I placed the order with them?

Well in any case, I am using a friends hook up to post this tonight, and that it might be another week or so for me to be able to respond to mail or comments, or post new videos. It is just incredible that in the 21st century when everything is done at the flick of a switch, Verizon is having so much trouble establishing a connection to my phone.
