its a "first see first server" method we are using.

we have currently dealt with over 100 such shows airing what we deem to be ?ed material.

generally, we approach them and ask them if they have permission to air the ?ed material. sometimes they do. a good example is "shaggylive." he is the PD for an internet radio show that has rights to air ?ed music on the internet.

other times users dont. thats when we ask them to stop. most do. the ones that dont are deleted.

the ones that lie to us and tell us that they will comply, then turn around moments later and continue to air ?ed material are banned.

a delete effects one account, a ban effects all their accounts.

we give them fair warning, yet some refuse to comply.

so, to answer your question, yes, we are working it.
it tends to be a slow process. my mods have many duties other than regulating ?.

if you're not closing down, do you have any plans to fix the video playback errors? maybe add HD?
