What's wrong with the LV uploader?

(I'm feeling aggravated)

Ok this is getting annoying. If I read the uploading rules correctly we can upload vids of max 200Mb right?
Knowing this I render my vids to highest possible resolution to stay under 200Mb but today I always get a message saying: The operation timed out. When checking my LV page I see the vid is indeed uploaded but it is cut short. The vid is also less than 10 minutes long.

If you ask me there is a serious bug in the uploader unless I'm missing something or there's something wrong with the site since I uploaded 190Mb video's before.

Going to try a last time with a 150Mb rendered vid
