when we grow up.



There are times when the world knows peace, compassion, and understanding beyond the bounds of hate, apathy and ignorance. There are times when I see within a single soul enough love and understanding to fill the universe enough love to overcome all hate, all ignorance for each and every living thing,,,

When we grow up we will finally understand... we will realize that we are one race... that each one of us belong to the earth.. that we are equal in humanity and in spirit. That no man .. no government has inherent power or dominion over any living thing.  
When we grow up we will understand that each one of us bears responsibility for all good or bad that is created. That hunger exists not because one is poor but because one is rich. That war is a hate crime ... that true honor can not be found behind a gun. When we grow up we will understand that we are all related that all things exists in and without each one of us. When we grow up  we will respect all life knowing that we have the greatest capacity of all our relations to cause harm and therefore the greatest responsibility to care and heal the earth. When we grow up we will understand that we are only one race upon this earth and that all other living things belong here too... we will understand that what we do to the earth we do also to ourselves and all others. That the only viable resolution for the continuence of the Human Race is peace..  and the relinguishing of power over one another.  We will only know peace when we learn to love beyond color,faith,stature, or class.. when love becomes the first directive we will finally understand who and what we are we will no longer be ruled by fear, hate and ignorance. We will become what we were meant to be..... When we grow up.
