Why Are So-Called "Bad Boys" Attractive To So Many Women?
(I'm feeling curious)
I've been noticing (or is it my imagination?) that a lot of male LVidians who have higher than average machismo tend to be the most attractive to women around here. I'm generalizing, but guys like methodofmac, mrmercedesman, GregLions, TheMadHatter, etc., who sort of have a "bad boy" image, get a lot of female attention. What do I mean by bad boy image? Oh, maybe they smoke, drink or swear a lot, are aggressive or cocky, wear their sexuality on their sleeve, or generally try to run the show. I'm not saying that all of these traits can be applied to the men I mentioned above. I'm just trying to define my terms. Let me put it to you in the form of a question. Do nice guys finish last here on LV? I'm not complaining. I have about 500 friends, and feel well-loved by the community. I consider myself to be positive, supportive, friendly, and respectful to the people I meet on here. So there's a lot to be said for being nice. But the guys who get the most views and popularity seem to be kind of crass, rabble-rousing, or fast-talking/slow walking types. Does anyone agree with me, or am I totally off base? I realize there are all kinds of people here, with all kinds of values, so I'm only speaking in general terms. What do you all think?
