Long long ago, well it seems long ago, I came to Live Video basically to stake claim to my user ID. That was pretty much the reason I was here. I wanted to make sure someone else didn't use the User Name I was known by and impersonate me. Sure I was also interested in what this new site had to offer as well. But that wasn't the reason I was here. There were many at Youtube who thought I was "Leaving for the promised land" and that couldn't have been any farther from the truth. Anyway, I came over and created an account.

Then I found quite a bit of discourse here. People creating Groups who were against other groups, ban lists, etc. It was like a New York Ghetto! The Bloods against the Crips even! I chose to point out that this kind of mentality was not only harmful to everyone but dangerous and Anti-Social. One I had spoken my mind, and giving my opinion, people who didn't understand that I was trying to help took offense and attacked. Go Figure! Shrug!

I also found that I was projecting a much different picture of who I was and I had intended. Most people know me as even tempered and non-aggressive. But that wasn't the message I was sending out. I wasn't being me.. and I wasn't happy with the misunderstanding of my intentions. I am here for Fun and to be Helpful when I can be. Neither seemed to be happening. So, I occupied myself with the other things in my life that did bring me happiness. I did Youtube videos, I worked on the Zen Live Radio Show and just didn't hear anything calling back here. It was a negative experience for me.

Now don't get confused. I believed in what I was saying, and still do. This isn't an apology. It's simply stating that this was not a "Fun Place" to be. So I found other things to occupy my time. Most of that time was spent at Stickam.com, where I still spend 80% of my online time. But Stick doesn't have "It All", nor do most of the sites I am a member of.
